Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead their full stack engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a full stack engineering team, including hiring and performance management
• Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and code while owning end-to-end delivery of product initiatives
• Define and enforce engineering best practices and drive architectural decisions for platform scalability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with full stack web applications and data-intensive platforms
• 2+ years in an engineering management or tech lead role with a track record of shipping complex projects
• Strong technical depth in React/TypeScript, Node.js or Go, and large-scale data warehousing
• Demonstrated product sense and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments
• Experience with AI tools and building AI-powered product features is a strong plus
