Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of professional software development experience
• Four or more years of experience managing or leading software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architecture
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
