Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager, Web & Mobile Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Web and Mobile Engineers to deliver high-quality platform infrastructure and tooling
• Drive the adoption of micro-frontend architecture and own CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment frequency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align team efforts with critical developer experience improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Software Engineer or Architect with 4+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in developing applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks like React and familiarity with mobile development
• Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines and experience with micro-frontend architectures
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or comparable experience
