Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision and technical strategy for Developer Environments
• Own the design, scalability, reliability, and usability of ephemeral developer environments
• Collaborate across engineering to enhance developer productivity through tooling and automation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in engineering management
• Proven experience leading teams in infrastructure or developer productivity
• Strong technical background in backend/infrastructure systems
• Experience with cloud-native systems and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with containerized environments and CI/CD systems
