Software Engineering Manager oversees a small team in the Total Rewards function, ensuring operational excellence in compensation and benefits while managing day-to-day program administration in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of compensation and benefits, ensuring timely execution and data accuracy
• Supervise and coach team members on Total Rewards processes, tools, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to execute programs and resolve escalated employee inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Proficiency in using AI tools and developing intelligent prompts or agents
• Proven experience in managing teams
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., ACA, ERISA)
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
