Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Software Engineering Manager, responsible for leading a technical team in the development and maintenance of large-scale client applications and distributed systems, requiring full-time commitment and expertise in React/Redux and C#.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development initiatives and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Mentor and manage developers and QA team members, ensuring high technical quality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and manage multiple projects in cloud environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of systems development experience
• 3-5 years' experience with relevant offerings and research methods
• 1-2 years' experience supervising and mentoring others
• Proficient in several software languages, including React, Redux, C#, and SQL Server
• Experience with cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure
