Job Summary

Leading a team of product-focused software engineers, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will be accountable for delivering impactful technical solutions across a full stack of development tools while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team to design, develop, test, and implement software solutions aligned with business needs
• Track performance metrics and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and project guidelines
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Team Leads to prioritize tasks and drive strategic planning for product coding

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of information technology experience, including software development and management
• Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of process development and release management
• 5+ years of leadership experience in software engineering
