Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a technically strong and people-oriented Software Engineering Manager to lead teams for financial and internal tooling systems in a remote, full-time position, focusing on architecture, coding quality, and team development while ensuring robust and scalable solutions across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on software development experience, including back-end services and APIs
• Experience in a leadership role with at least 1-2 years of direct people management
• Technical knowledge of C# or similar languages, with experience in SQL systems
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
