Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will design, develop, and deliver software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing mentorship to team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Oversee project requirements and ensure successful delivery while monitoring project progress
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the engineering team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Experience in managing software projects and resources effectively
