Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of software engineers in a fully remote capacity, the Software Engineering Manager will manage and mentor a high-performing team while driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions using modern technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor engineers through technical guidance, coaching, and hands-on collaboration
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions, contributing approximately 70% of the time to software development and code reviews
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, including sprint planning, execution, and incident response, while driving continuous improvement through metrics and process enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including leading engineering projects or teams
• Strong understanding of full-stack development, modern cloud platforms, and microservices architecture
• Demonstrated ability to guide technical execution and mentor engineers
