Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading multiple engineering teams, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will drive software solutions delivery, champion AI-assisted engineering practices, and foster a collaborative culture while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams with accountability for delivery, quality, and alignment to business outcomes
• Develop and mentor engineers through coaching, performance management, and career growth planning
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of .NET software development and experience with web-based applications
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern web development practices
