Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will guide the development of data-driven software products, ensuring the delivery of new features and enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on building and scaling data products
• Own the delivery of features aligned with the product roadmap, enhancing reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture on planning and technical designs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing and developing data-intensive solutions
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineers in delivering features or system enhancements
• Hands-on experience in building production-grade services in GoLang
• Deep experience in developing cloud-native applications, particularly with Kubernetes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
