Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time Associate Manager Software Engineering will design, develop, and deliver software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing mentorship to team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the design and development of software solutions in alignment with business goals
• Oversee agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Monitor project progress and address any issues impacting timelines

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Experience in team leadership and project management
