Job Summary

As a full-time remote Software Engineering Manager/Tech Lead, the successful candidate will provide technical leadership and vision for the engineering team, drive the delivery of AI-powered features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the digestive health platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong technical leadership and vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize the technical roadmap
• Drive the successful delivery of software projects through effective planning and resource allocation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Engineering with 2+ years in an engineering leadership role
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire remote teams
• Hands-on experience with backend systems, ideally in Go and cloud-native environments
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features with knowledge of responsible AI practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
