Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of engineers, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will drive the development of a next-generation web application and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable software solutions in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers and software test engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product, Design, and platform engineering teams to create and execute a roadmap that balances customer needs with technical excellence
• Provide technical leadership and advocate for modern engineering practices, ensuring high-quality and maintainable software delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in building enterprise-scale, customer-facing software products
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud platforms and CI/CD
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity while balancing execution and technical quality
