Job Summary

Leading the Front End Infrastructure team, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will oversee foundational systems for mobile engineers, balancing technical leadership with people management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project delivery and foster a collaborative environment while guiding technical strategy and mentoring engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions for complex frontend platform challenges
• Establish processes to enhance the mobile design-to-development workflow, ensuring seamless collaboration on UI patterns

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience
• 1.5+ years of engineering management experience
• Hands-on experience with mobile or front-end development, particularly in React Native, iOS, or Android
• Experience building and maintaining developer infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to hire and build diverse, high-performing teams
