Job Summary

Leading a dynamic engineering team, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and drive the execution of key initiatives to deliver impactful software solutions in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and develop world-class engineers while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Set the technical vision for projects, ensuring best practices in scalability, performance, and security
• Drive project execution from conception through delivery, aligning engineering outcomes with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong foundation in software engineering, particularly in Python and large-scale distributed systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Passion for healthcare innovation and empowering individuals through technology
• Experience in driving engineering processes that balance speed with quality, including Agile practices
