Job Summary

To advance critical platform capabilities, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will lead engineering teams focused on data movement, insights generation, and core business operations while driving modernization initiatives and fostering a people-first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and operational management for engineering teams, ensuring effective sprint delivery and production support
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions and support modernization initiatives involving cloud-native technologies
• Coach and develop engineers through mentorship and performance management, fostering strong engineering practices and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in agile environments with full SDLC lifecycle ownership
• Strong technical background with experience in technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, Angular, and TypeScript
• Familiarity with cloud-native engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system design
• Demonstrated success in driving execution and operational excellence across complex, cross-functional initiatives
