Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing agile development team, the fully remote Software Engineering Manager will mentor engineers, manage performance, and drive the delivery of innovative audio and video marketing solutions while optimizing workflows and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to support team growth and development
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure effective agile processes and team alignment
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to align on product priorities and ensure high-quality releases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring software engineers
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosting services (AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using team metrics to optimize delivery
