Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of a next-generation Integration Platform, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will define the C4E vision, collaborate on platform strategy, and drive the adoption of modern integration strategies while managing team resources and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision and roadmap for technology enablement and platform engineering
• Champion a culture of self-service and automation across engineering and product teams
• Oversee capacity and resource planning to ensure platform scalability and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of related professional experience
• 1 year of supervisory or progressive leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, system design, and cloud environments
• Experience in optimizing vendor and internal team resources
