Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global team of software engineers, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will oversee the transformation of a Digital Payment platform, drive strategic technology initiatives, and embrace AI-enabled software development methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple teams to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery
• Facilitate design and code reviews while driving improvements in API development and software standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication, maintain compliance, and resolve production issues

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in a management role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET Core, Java, and PHP
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure or AWS
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and project management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
