Job Summary

Leading the Tools & Frameworks team, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will manage and mentor engineers, define strategic roadmaps, and ensure architectural excellence while driving operational efficiency across core services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Define the team's vision and roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and executing major engineering initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and improve delivery speed across business and technology areas

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a management role
• Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and scalable systems
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing teams focused on backend systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strategic documentation capabilities
