Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a growing software development team, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will guide product technology, oversee feature development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in full stack software development, leading code reviews and deployment events
• Mentor and grow a distributed team of UI and Server developers, ensuring alignment across technical teams
• Identify gaps in existing implementations and collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to enhance project vision and requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field
• 10+ years of software development experience in distributed client-server architectures
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering management
• Expertise in software design, architecture, CI/CD, and modern web UI development
• Experience in mentoring and providing feedback to engineering developers
