Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To lead multiple Agile software development teams, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will build and inspire teams, partner with Product Management to shape product roadmaps, and establish key performance indicators to monitor progress.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage multiple engineering teams in an Agile environment, empowering self-organization
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure alignment with strategic product goals
• Establish clear performance indicators and goals to track progress against objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of additional software development/engineering experience
• 8+ years of overall programming and full software development life cycle (SDLC) experience
• 5+ years of experience providing technical leadership to small-to-medium-sized engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, highly scaled Agile environment
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade technology products in a high-growth environment
