Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performance engineering team, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will focus on building and enhancing the Reliability Platform by developing systems that ensure the safety and reliability of production environments while driving engineering best practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a product engineering team emphasizing innovation, accountability, and reliability
• Develop scalable reliability and risk management capabilities using observability tools and AI
• Drive alignment and execution for cross-functional reliability initiatives with high visibility

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack engineering, including 2+ years in engineering leadership
• Experience with Production Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering teams
• Expertise in observability tools and building internal platforms or operational automation systems
• Strong programming background in languages such as Python, Kotlin, or Java
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
