Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of the Identity Platform, the remote Software Engineering Manager will oversee the full KYC lifecycle, manage a high-performing engineering team, and drive AI-first automation to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the identity verification lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy throughout the process
• Build and operate systems for KYC obligations, focusing on identity verification and risk-based due diligence
• Lead and mentor the engineering team to improve system reliability and implement intelligent workflows

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Strong backend engineering expertise, particularly with Java/Spring Boot and Python/Airflow
• Experience in operational excellence and incident management
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML for automation and efficiency improvements
• Ability to engage with enterprise customers and compliance officers effectively
