Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, including 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in transitioning teams from legacy applications to modern architectures in the cloud
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement within engineering teams
• Experience using AI tools to enhance software delivery and team performance
