Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will oversee B2B functions, ensuring the stability and performance of systems while driving technical strategy, operational excellence, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and manage a software engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for B2B solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software solutions while ensuring high-quality standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud-native, API-first software modernization projects
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, API integrations, and scalable architectures
• Experience with resource planning and budget management in an engineering context
