Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of 4-8 engineers, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will guide technical direction, support architectural decisions, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement while delivering scalable software solutions that impact patients and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams, fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize work and align on business outcomes
• Provide technical guidance on architecture and implementation, ensuring high-quality, maintainable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least one year in a leadership role
• Experience leading teams responsible for customer-facing or business-critical software products
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD and automated testing
• Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
