Job Summary

Leading a team of cross-functional software engineers, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will drive the success of enterprise e-commerce platforms by fostering a collaborative environment, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through lean development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of software and QA engineers to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality software delivery
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning while implementing improvements in workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of features and enhancements for e-commerce platforms

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies
• Proven experience managing software development projects through the entire product development cycle
• Hands-on experience with agile and lean development methodologies
• Extensive experience with modern development tools and technologies, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms
