Job Summary

Leading a global team of software engineers, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will oversee the transformation of a Digital Payment platform, drive strategic technology initiatives, and enhance AI-enabled software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple global teams to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project progress
• Facilitate the design and development of scalable software solutions while adhering to coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, improve communication, and drive innovation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a management role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET Core, Java, and PHP
• Experience with cloud technologies like Azure or AWS and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
• Strong understanding of AI-enhanced development tools and practices
