Job Summary

Leading the flagship ed2go engineering teams, the full-time salaried Software Engineering Manager will manage remote software engineering organizations, applying Agile principles to deliver innovative educational technology platforms and products while focusing on customer outcomes and team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement for product releases
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure high-quality product delivery
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements and maintain a high-performing customer experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in technology strategy and innovation
• Strong experience in modernizing architectures and implementing cloud strategies, particularly with AWS and cloud-native development
• Proven track record in building scalable, secure, high-availability enterprise systems
• Expertise in agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and hands-on experience with related technologies
