Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a talented team remotely, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will oversee the design, development, and implementation of mobile and web software solutions for residential generators, driving innovation and high-performance results.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 8 software engineers
• Manage the development of mobile and web front-end solutions, defining architecture and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and drive continuous improvement focused on customer experience

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience developing mobile, web, and cloud-based software solutions
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and enterprise software architecture
• Experience with Azure, Flutter, HTML, CSS3, C#, and relational databases
• Prior management or leadership experience of software teams is a plus
