Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will oversee the design and implementation of software architecture, manage internal application development, and provide technical leadership to ensure scalable and reliable platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute web development strategies to enhance website security and functionality
• Provide hands-on management and support to software engineers in building reliable data solutions
• Drive technology strategy and data initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of experience in software system architecture, including 3 years in a supervisory role
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, and API development
• Ability to facilitate architecture sessions with diverse technical stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software development
