Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will oversee the development of guest-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android, managing people, processes, and technical delivery while ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and manage a team of mobile and full-stack engineers, setting goals and fostering a culture of accountability
• Guide architectural and design decisions, ensuring best practices for mobile development and overseeing the delivery of the mobile app roadmap
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to prioritize the mobile roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack breadth across mobile and backend development
• 2+ years of experience directly managing software engineers, including hiring and performance management
• Hands-on experience building and shipping mobile applications at scale
• Strong full-stack technical foundation, including backend services, APIs, and data layer design
