Job Summary

Managing a cross-functional team of software engineers, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery lifecycle of OS features, ensuring compliance with safety standards while acting as the primary technical interface for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own project execution by managing timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure safe delivery
• Capture and refine operational capabilities into structured software requirements through stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Ability to translate complex technical hurdles into clear project status updates for stakeholders
• Deep expertise in SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
• Must be a US Citizen
