Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will oversee the AI Assistant engineering team, driving the development of innovative AI capabilities while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable software solutions in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 to 6 software engineers and software test engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product, Design, and platform engineering teams to execute a roadmap that balances customer impact and technical excellence
• Provide technical guidance and advocate for modern engineering practices, ensuring the delivery of reliable and secure software

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with modern AI technologies, including large language models and agentic systems
• Experience building and delivering enterprise-scale, customer-facing software products
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud platforms and CI/CD
