Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team to develop agentic AI applications, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will engage in hands-on coding, shape technical strategy, and foster team growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team in building AI capabilities and ensure the technical direction aligns with business goals
• Contribute to architecture and code development while setting standards for evaluation and reliability of AI agents
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize and translate business needs into a clear roadmap

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience in building production software using languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience designing and operating full-stack systems across various cloud platforms
• Proven track record in hiring, coaching, and growing engineering teams
• Experience in owning technical strategy or architecture for a product or platform
