Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will manage project execution, foster team development, and ensure quality standards are met in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of Pega project features while managing scope, risks, and dependencies
• Set clear performance goals for team members, conduct regular 1:1s, and manage the full employee lifecycle
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights and effective automation solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience, with a background in leading teams on large projects
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience designing workflows using Pega capabilities
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience mentoring teams
• Proven ability to manage complex project scopes and mitigate risks effectively
