Leading a self-organizing Agile team, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will mentor team members, drive performance in software delivery, and collaborate with leadership to align divisional missions with company vision in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an Agile team focused on innovation, quality, and craftsmanship
• Drive performance metrics such as quality, predictability, and velocity while removing roadblocks
• Coordinate tech incident responses and ensure root causes are identified and addressed

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or product development
• 2 years of experience in leading and managing software engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Knowledge of software delivery roles and Agile metrics to improve team performance
• Experience mentoring and developing team members
