Job Summary
Leading a team of Software Engineering professionals, the full-time Manager, Software Engineering will oversee the development and deployment of large-scale enterprise applications, enforce engineering best practices, and collaborate on platform improvements in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages and mentors Software Engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusivity
- Supervises the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications while establishing engineering practices
- Collaborates with internal teams and product managers to enhance platform capabilities and align technology initiatives with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred

- Proficiency in software engineering and development, including application design and automated testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
