Job Summary
Leading a team of Software Engineering professionals, the full-time Manager, Software Engineering will oversee the development and deployment of large-scale enterprise applications, enforce engineering best practices, and collaborate on platform improvements in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages and mentors Software Engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusivity
- Supervises the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications while collaborating with internal teams for enhancements
- Establishes and enforces engineering practices, including code reviews and deployment automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in software engineering and development, particularly with distributed systems and relational databases

- Expertise in application design, automated testing, and development best practices
