Job Summary
Leading the M365 Power Platform team, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will oversee the strategy, development, and governance of Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring operational excellence and effective integration across platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and governance of Microsoft 365 architecture and platform capabilities
- Serve as the liaison between the organization and Microsoft for platform deployment and maintenance
- Manage platform health, availability, and operational processes while improving data lifecycle management and security
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Microsoft administrative and architecture roles, including team management
- Proficiency with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Extensive experience with Microsoft applications such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex software application issues
