Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small team of full-stack engineers, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will maintain and enhance a secure, scalable e-signature platform built on .NET and Angular, ensuring high performance and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the engineering team, providing mentorship and setting technical direction
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the e-signature platform, ensuring stability, performance, and security
• Collaborate with UI designers and product owners to implement new features and resolve defects across the front end

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems with .NET Framework, .NET Standard, or .NET Core
• 3+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Prior experience leading or managing a small engineering team, including mentoring developers
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including deploying and monitoring cloud workloads
• Strong understanding of application security and familiarity with compliance concepts related to e-signatures
