Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Software Engineering Manager will oversee technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps while ensuring the reliability and performance of consumer-critical systems across mobile and web platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a balanced team of engineers, setting clear expectations and providing direct feedback
• Own the technical strategy and roadmap, aligning it with major experience initiatives to enhance customer trust
• Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to support engineering efforts

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing software and managing technical initiatives end-to-end
• Familiarity with modern full-stack development, including frameworks like React or React Native
• Experience in guiding architecture and quality decisions while empowering senior engineers
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
