Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will set technical direction and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions for the Core Workspaces team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow a software engineering team focused on agentic development systems
- Set technical direction for agent harness, integrations, and developer workflows
- Collaborate with Product and Design to enhance developer experiences and improve system reliability
Required qualifications
- Experience managing and growing software engineering teams
- Strong hands-on engineering experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with Go and building systems around LLMs and agentic workflows
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and working knowledge of AWS
- A track record of mentoring engineers while maintaining high execution standards
