Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow full-stack engineering teams delivering features using .NET, Angular/React, and AWS
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while driving delivery across multiple initiatives
- Coach and mentor engineers, supporting their career growth and ensuring systems are secure and performant
Required qualifications
- 2+ years managing software engineering teams in an agile environment
- 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience, ideally with .NET and modern JS frameworks
- Strong grasp of full-stack SaaS architecture, CI/CD, and cloud-native development
- Experience leading distributed/remote-first teams
- Track record of delivering software with cross-functional partners
