Job Summary
Managing a team of engineers and integration specialists, the full-time Software Engineering Manager will oversee the development and operation of the Fastpath Access Governance product, utilizing .NET and cloud technologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a sprint team of software engineers and integration specialists, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work
- Own the technical roadmap and operational health of Fastpath Access Governance services
- Drive the adoption of AI tools and foster a team culture that promotes innovation and career growth
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing Agile engineering teams with a proven track record of delivery
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in .NET/C# or comparable backend technologies
- Experience building and operating cloud-native services on Azure or AWS at scale
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and tools in software development
