- Collaborate with product management to prioritize and scope work, effectively navigating ambiguity in project planning
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of management experience on a high-performing software engineering team
- Technical depth sufficient to review designs and architecture, with strong technical judgment
- Production experience with AWS
- Demonstrated commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams
- Experience partnering closely with product management on roadmap and prioritization
