Job Summary

To support the growth of a dynamic practice, the full-time remote Software Engineering Practice Lead will define technical standards, provide hands-on leadership, and drive delivery quality while mentoring engineers and engaging with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce technical standards and architecture across the Software Engineering Practice
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance during client engagements
• Lead and develop engineers, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in solution architecture and technical decision-making
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure and .NET
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience contributing to presales activities and developing technical proposals
